boutique, beauty Salon, health Centre and Gymnasium.
- The largest Community Health Centre in South East England incorporating a Doctors Surgery
and Dental Clinic located in Romford Essex, previously used by the Ryan Group for Offices

About the Man Himself: |

Eamonn Ryan an Irishman born and bred in Co Mayo, Ireland went to England in 1965 to earn
his fortune. So many like him, made the same journey, but very few have evolved to be the
Successful Businessman that Eamonn Ryan is today. His founded the Eamonn Ryan Group in 1968,
following the establishment of his first business - a Fibre Optic Company earning lucrative
contracts with BT. This beginning enabled him to further his business Portfolio to include
a Plant Hire Company, Civil Engineering and House Building. Throughout his amazing career,
his has always pioneered himself as a Leader and has been at the forefront of Commercial
and Residential building. His impressive portfolio of achievements truly shows that
he is willing to go where other men not dare…
10th April 2000 - Eamonn made history in the UK when he obtained a Full license for the
first pub in Frinton- On-Sea after three years of fighting the opposition, which ended a drought
for the locals which has lasted more than four centuries.
